Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Some pet hygiene products, food items, or custom-made items may be non-returnable for safety and health reasons. These exclusions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
• Personal care & grooming products
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email with your order number and a photo of the item to sowleyforpets.info@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at sowleyforpets.info@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
• A photo (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if eligible.
